Terms and acceptance
Ask questions and obtain the written package total, scope, and schedule before you pay.
This static page cannot confirm live capacity or complete a reservation. Current price and build availability require direct confirmation.
1. Base price and language package
The campaign one-language base is LKR 9,990; the standard one-language base after permanent close is LKR 22,000. Extra languages use one of five fixed packages. The primary language cannot also be an add-on.
2. Campaign close
The discount permanently closes at August 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Sri Lanka time or when paid discounted site #25 is published and delivery-notified, whichever happens first. A static page, message, checklist, or visual reference does not confirm or reserve a position.
3. Written total and payment
The primary language, add-on package, current price state, final total, scope, and feasible schedule must be confirmed in writing before payment. Work does not begin from an enquiry alone.
4. Build Ready and delivery
The 3 working days base allowance begins only after payment, approved content, usable assets and rights, locale package, reference brief, working contact details, approvals, and a feasible scheduled start are all confirmed. Fixed language-package allowances are added.
5. Fixed specification
The base covers one responsive single-page business website in one selected language. Booking, commerce, online payment, login, database, and unpurchased language features are outside scope.
6. Visual reference
A gallery reference is a briefing aid, not a purchased template or an exact-copy promise. Agreed customization is limited to the approved brief and fixed scope.
7. Correction round
One consolidated eligible correction list is due within 48 hours of first delivery. Factual or text corrections and like-for-like image swaps are eligible; new sections and structural redesign are not.
8. Hosting
12 months of approved client-subdomain hosting is included. Each optional further 12 months costs LKR 2,500. Renewal is not automatic.
9. Client content and claims
You are responsible for accurate, lawful, approved copy, images, testimonials, business details, and publication rights. We do not invent client claims or treat illustrative records as client proof.
10. Publication and directory
Publication follows approval. A public directory listing is separate and requires client approval; it is not automatic.
11. Five-site charity offer
Up to 5 qualifying Sri Lankan organizations may be selected for a no-fee one-language base. Selection is not automatic. Applications share the campaign deadline; selected work uses a 14-calendar-day allowance after recorded content finalization, with at most 2 active sites. In return, selected organizations agree to a public launch announcement, approved portfolio and advertising use of approved material, and a short testimonial after delivery. Participation, claims, images, and testimonial use require written approval.
12. Legal review and contact
The legal framework and governing-law wording remain subject to Sri Lankan counsel review before launch. Resolve package questions before payment by WhatsApp, phone, or email using the contact details published on this site.
