Terms & Acceptance

By paying for and proceeding with Web Blitz, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Payment

Full advance payment is required before work begins. Instalments, partial payments, and deferred payment are not available.

2. Refund policy

Once work begins after complete client content is received, payment is non-refundable. Before content is submitted, a future-service credit may be requested; cash refunds are not issued after submission.

3. Delivery

The delivery period begins only after full payment clears and complete content is received. Delays caused by incomplete content or non-response extend the delivery date.

4. Fixed specification

This offer covers one static single-page business website. Extra pages, features, integrations, or backend functions are not included and are quoted separately.

5. Template and revision

Choose one of the available templates. Brand colours may be adjusted, but template structure cannot change. One eligible correction round is included within the stated revision window.

6. Hosting

12 months of subdomain hosting is included. Renewal is charged annually thereafter; non-renewal takes the site offline. A custom domain is not included.

7. Client content

You are responsible for accurate, lawful text, photos, and business information, and for holding the right to publish it.

8. Slots

Slots are allocated when confirmed payment and content are received. A WhatsApp message, call, or checklist alone does not reserve a slot.

9. Intellectual property

After payment and the revision window, you own your supplied content. The underlying Web Blitz template remains S3rendib Synthetics intellectual property.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to Sri Lankan court jurisdiction.
