Type
Five typefaces are self-hosted from Fontsource 5.3.0, each under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1. Nothing loads from a third-party font CDN. Latin and Latin Extended subsets are used for the three core families, and the Arabic and Sinhala faces load only on pages that set those scripts.

Images
No image plates are used on the site yet. The public-domain plates shortlisted in the design guide each need their rights line re-read before they ship, and each one’s credit will be printed here when it does. The island outline on the homepage is an abstraction drawn in SVG. It is not a scan of any map, and its caption says so.

Cloudflare Turnstile on every form. Plausible analytics, cookieless, loaded only when it is configured.
- Testing
Vitest 5.0.3 for units, Playwright 1.64.0 for end-to-end and visual checks, and axe-core for accessibility checks against WCAG 2.2 AA.
